“Does charging using the USB port and the battery charger at the same time reduce the amount of current output to each? In other words, will it charge one battery and one USB device simultaneously as fast as it charges either of them individually? Is the output current 1000mA for the battery AND 1000mA for the USB port, or is it 1000mA total between both?”

• Im not sure, the mouse can be used while hooked up with USB cord for charging. i dont notice any defiency / change in performance of the computer or mouse. Not sure if that answered your question or not.
