Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. Yes replacement battery model #DLNEL12 is compatible with Nikon Coolpix S6000. Lenmar DLNEL12 is a replacement battery for Nikon EN-EL12. Both batteries are rated as: 3.7V, 1050mAh. Which indicates both batteries will give you the same runtime. However DLNEL12 has a two year warranty applied to it.
