“would this be a good laptop for a real estate agent that needs PDF convertor and storage for files. I have always purchased IBm or Lenovo but personally prefer a thinkpad. She needs light weight portable which usually Thinkpad does not meet that criteria.”

Hi Debbie - You'll want to consider raising your commission rates if you opt to use this laptop to make up for loss of productivity from such a terribly slow piece of garbage.

It will have approximately 20GB of usable space for programs and files (the rest of the space is used by the operating system and other executable files). With regard to the PDF Converter software, consider the amount of hard drive space it will require to load on this device. Additionally, we recommend you check with the PDF Converter software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 32-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
