Can I instal Turbotax from a cd to this laptop? null

There is no built in CD/DVD drive within this device. You will have to purchase an external CD/DVD drive and plug in to a USB port on this device to use a CD/DVD with this device. Secondly, you will need to verify that the version of software you plan to install is compatible with Windows 10. Also check the minimum/recommended hardware requirements of the software, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

No you cannot, this laptop has no disc drive.

There is no optical drive at all in this laptop, CD or otherwise. You can buy a USB external drive, typically for under thirty bucks, and use that to read it into your lasptop. Or, you could rip the CD on another PC and import the contents on a USB stick or card or by telnet. My suggestion: get a DVD/CD external drive, or upgrade to a BluRay drive for a bit more, and always have a RW drive for any other disks you might have: data, nusdic, or video. Good luck.
