“Is this laptop enough to use with wacom intuos art tablet?”

• Absolutely No! Use something better than this. Wacom Tablets are as much as this computer. 2GBs of ram for a drawing program won't do for you not to mention actually running teh tablet capture software. Also, this screen isn't great for artwork.
