YES. Lenovo has an excellent support website. I just looked up the specs. It comes with 2Gb of DDRL3, and you can put 4Gb in it.

All work on this system must be performed by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM for this system is 4GB, so a certified technician can increase the RAM on this system.

With a extra software hard drive yes
