• Press CTRL (keep it pressed) and scroll back and forth with the mouse (will enlarge or get it smaller)

• It sounds like you are holding down the left click button and scrolling the Scroll Wheel on the mouse. Take your finger off the buttons before you attempt to scroll.

• CTRL-0 (Control + Zero) resets the zoom to 100% on any webpage in both Explorer/Edge and Google Chrome.
