• ram is soldered with no other open ram slots available

• the ram is soldered to the board and there is no other open slot. the only thing upgradable is the hard drive and that's it. this a terrible thing Lenovo has done.

• Only a certified technician can work on this device, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM for this system is 8GB.
