Not powerful enough
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No this would not make a great gaming laptop as the graphic card is pretty basic. I would use atleast a laptop with an i5 processor and a better graphics card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Gaming is more GPU intensive than CPU and this laptop does not have a good gaming GPU so no I wouldn't recommend this as a gaming laptop.

If you plan on some serious gaming, you will have to drop down some serious cash, I'm afraid. Not only is the processor relatively low-end on this system, you also have to contend with the minimal RAM (4GB) and the on board graphics. This is going to be your biggest downfall. You would need to find a laptop that provides a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) separate from the CPU (Central Processing Unit). This would be designated on a laptop with something like "Graphics by Nvidia" or "AMD Radeon graphics installed". These units will cost considerably more than this unit. Usually $800 and up. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on the requirements of the game software. We recommend you check with the game software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements to run their software, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
