You have to enable voice on Cortana, like every other Win10 device. IE is no longer supported by Microsoft. It comes preloaded with Microsoft Edge which has better supported anti-virus than Firefox and uses less ram than Chrome. Recommend using aedge since this only has 4GB of ram.
