I asked an employee why this was on clearance. I was told that this brand is coming out with newer items and they are wanting to clear out as many of these towers as possible. Unfortunately, I'm not able to answer your other questions. I would suggest you a Best Buy employee to better answer them.

This model is specific to Best Buy. Check the video card. It’s not what they say. It only has hdmi and vga so limited to 2 monitors.
