“What model is this? Is the Flex 4 or 5 or something else?? I can't find it on Lenovo's site and using the model number brings up a completely different laptop.”

• This model is not a Flex Series model. It is an IdeaPad 2 in 1 14" Laptop. It is exclusive to Best Buy.
