Same here. Mine took quite some time to download / upload new window updates. Had to keep screen on to finish otherwise computer would go to sleep and pause download. Anyway once it was finished it works great. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 300 speed internet connection and the Windows update took 2.5 hours altogether. Sounds like the problem is with Windows. Something didn't install correctly probably file was corrupted on download and didn't install correctly thus the hangup. Assuming by now you have had to crash out of the update. Try looking at Windows Trouble shooting. Try Windows 10 FAQ sites. Then try update again.THIS IS WHY WINDOWS SUCKS.

Then restarted and Windows resumed the update. Still took over 24 hours for all Windows updates to be installed. The hard drive on this thing is very slow. 5400 RPM.
