This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. 4GB of RAM on this model is soldered to the motherboard and not replaceable. There is one memory slot that is shipped with 4GB of RAM in it. Your certified technician can replace this card with 8GB for s system maximum of 12GB of RAM.
