Yes, you can upgrade the RAM. It has 4GB onboard and 4GB in a slot that you can upgrade. You can upgrade it to 20GB max by replacing the 4GB stick with a 16GB stick. This computer does not have a touchscreen, so I do not think it would work for drawing. If you have something like an external Wacom tablet, that should work with this system. This computer does serve well for some light to mid level gaming. Many of the newer games are out of reach for this system, but it does handle many older games quite well. Check my review of the system and you should see some of the games that I tested with the system.

There is 4GB od RAM soldered to the motherboard and 4GB installed in the one memory slot. The maximum RAM this system can support is 12GB, so your certified technician can replace the RAM currently within the device. Whether the external writing tablet will work with this device will depend on the compatibility of the tablet. We recommend you check with the drawing tablet manufacturer's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their device, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. Concerning gaming, again, this will depend on the requirements of the specific games. As with the drawing tablet, we recommend you check with the game's software publisher web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
