This is an entry level, light use system with its AMD A6 processor and 4GB of RAM. All Windows 10 computers ship with a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. Streaming Netflix will depend on your internet speed. We recommend you check the Netflix web site for their requirements for internet speed and laptop configuration.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this will work for all those and be sufficient with speed. This upgrades to 8gig on the RAM so if it ever gets slow on you you can easily upgrade the RAM sticks to make this from 4gig to the full 8gig making it process even faster.
