• none no amd cpu has hyperthredding yet thats not to say the new ones that are out in august don't but as of now none do only intel

• AMD doesn't have anything like hyperthreading. Instead they have developed true multicore processors.

• No the AMD does not have Hyper-threading. It does have 4 cores which improve multi-threading.
