• Both the Best Buy website and Google say the product has a Backlit keyboard. So there is at the very least a disconnect at lenovo in technical writings

• No. This Lenovo ThinkPad E15, Gen 2 Laptop, model number 20TD003JUS, does not have a backlit keyboard and the feature can not be added as an after-market feature.
