The 2-in-1 does not refer to the operating system. It is a Chromebook and therefore does not have Windows. It is a 2-in-1 because it functions as a normal laptop computer, and the screen also flips all the way back to function as a touch-screen tablet.

The screen on this device has a 360-degree hinge that allows the screen to be rotated 360-degrees to use the device in tablet format.
