This computer is powered through USB-C, so you should be able to power it that way. You can connect a USB drive as well. I'm not sure on the protective case.

I am not sure about size but for full size laptops there are car stands that bold on passenger seat frame. Go online ,some truck stops sell them but they're not cheap. If it has a USB port a USB drive/stick/DVD player should work fine. As far as case made for said computer check manufacturer website. Hope this helps.
