• I don't think its upgradable, but I am actually really impressed with how it uses what it has. I am used to a 16GB gaming PC, and and while this can't run the really heavy stuff, it can multitask pretty well. I am able to have chrome with several tabs, skype, netfliz streaming, nine email app, and teamviewer running simultaneously without issues in any of them.

• No, this model is not upgradable. The RAM is soldered to the motherboard.
