I received 6 months free Antivirus software. The warrant is 1 year from purchase date. I have received several emails offering assistance with Windows 10. So far I have not needed assistance. I've owned for approximately 1 month. I haven't seen a key for windows 10.

There is a one year limited manufacturer's warranty on this device. There is no product key for the operating system. You need to create a recovery disk(s) or a recovery USB-Flash drive as soon as you set up the system. You can reinstall the operating system in case of failure from the recovery disk you create.
