• Maximum RAM for this system is 16GB. There are 2 memory slots on this system so to go to the maximum RAM, it would have to be done with 2 8GB sticks of RAM. All work must be done on this system by a certified technician, otherwise the warranty may become void.

• This laptop has 2 ram slots, with 2 4 gb cards installed. You can replace 1 of the 4 gb modules with an 8gb, which would give you 12 total, or both for 16 gb, which is the max supported.
