“After purchasing this laptop I spent the whole evening and night updating the computer. Did anyone else have this happen? Also, what should I uninstall from this computer for full optimization? Does this computer have "extra junk" already on it?”

I made sure to save my work constantly because I had the same problem. I even took it to the geek squad and still had problems. My solution is to throw this one out the window and buy an HP.
