This is a nice laptop. The keyboard actually has the numeric on the right side like a regular keyboard and is very nice if you always entering numbers like I do. It is taking me a little time to get use to the clicking of the mouse pad as it is in a different location than my other laptop. Still love it

So far, so good. I ordered this computer because I enrolled in a computer class that required a computer with these minimum specs. This computer is not flashy, but it more than gets the job plus can be upgraded (hard drive and memory). The gentleman below perfectly explains how the computer can be upgraded if necessary. Solid computer. Great price.

Everything you need! DVD player for movies to keep the kids busy when not in WiFi... HDMI port to put my movies on the TV No bluetooth but you can live with out it...the camera is very good.... i can entertain the kids have a business meeting or live stream my night classes, the battery last a substantial amount of time off the charger. I've had it since March and I use it for everything best investment I've made yet.... I even purchased one for my mom and she loves it.!

This laptop is loaded with great specs for the fraction of the cost of its competition. It's fast and plays sims games without any issues. It's a great buy for a child who enjoys basic gaming.

If you compare the features and performance, you can't beat this Lenovo for the price! I love it! Light, thin, great speed and lots of storage!

Priced out a new i7 desk top and was over $1200 for what I wanted. Saw this on sale for under $500. Latest 7th gen i7 (not available for desktop), 8gb ram, 1tb hdd, win 10/64. Not ideal, as it is a consumer and not business model. At least I know it. Can go to 12gb. Has 15.6" screen and the slow 5400rpm mechanical drive can be swapped for an SSD later. Full kbd w/# pad. Really a good buy at under $500. My plan is to load/ rip all my music CD'S to it and use as a media player. Bonus is I can still make custom CD'S for playing in the car. Also a fair amount of video output and USB ports. Cons: it's plastic everything. Not something for a kid to use. Someone that takes care of things will get plenty of use out if it. Not much for indicator lights as to what's on or off. Not even a power light on top of the keyboard. Dvdrw is extremely thin and can see someone pushing on the CD to click in place, just a little too hard. It is not a thinkpad but it will fit my purpose quite well and will fit in a drawer if I want to put it away

Took my time upon opening to make sure windows 10 was updated, as well as update drivers. Went through and shut off as many unnecessary apps as I could. Laptop is running my DAW very well (which is why I bought it). Plenty of memory and a great laptop so far.

There is only one complaint that I have with this computer. I'm a touch typist. The shift key on for the right hand is a tiny key located at the far right position of where the full size key should be. I may eventually learn to hit that key but in the meantime, the other key which occupies the position of the shift key on the right side is the page up key. Guess where that takes me. Not where I intended. Otherwise, this computer performs beautifully. The battery life is great, everything loads quickly, it handles slow internet connections without problems. If you aren't a touch typist, you will probably find this computer perfect.

On sale for under $500, this consumer product gave Mr features I was looking for as well as being a legacy device with a dvdrw. My intent with it is a music server. I was able to rip overv71gb of my music cd's and still have plenty of space if more. Fast, great storage and convenient. Did I mention it was under $500.

The Lenovo laptop is easy to use and to transport when traveling. It's speed when opening different apps is satisfactory and downloads are quick.

This laptop is fairly fast for 8gb of RAM and it packs a 1TB HD. To be better than that it only had to have an SSD. But for this price, it was a great deal! The black looks great also!

Purchased this for my son for school. Great value, lasting battery, and reliable product.

Almost a year later & I’m finally writing a review on this laptop. I use mostly for genealogy research. I generally have several windows open, each with multiple tabs going. Processor keeps right up with everything I’m doing- no lag time at all. Super-crisp picture- which is awesome for trying to decipher poor handwriting on documents from the 1800s! I love this laptop ❤️ Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the battery life, which is kinda sucky. Not a deal-breaker for me since I use it exclusively at home, but definitely something to consider if looking for portability.

This was an open box item so I was a little leary even though the Geek Squad does a thorough check. So far the computer has performed with flying colors and we are very happy we chose this computer. Plenty of memory, speed and perfect size.

Lenovo continues to impress with its simple and powerful machine. Expect this one to be a great mid-range machine for the money. With specs like 1 TB, wireless, 8 GB RAM, and a DVD player, you should find plenty of power and balance. A++

Great sound, Excellet desktop size, Very light if you have to take it somewhere. Beautiful black color. I'm so happy with this laptop
