QuestionIs this laptop good for downloading movies? I just need something for small documents and to download movies. No internet out where I live.

- Answer It will depend on software you will be using to download and play the movies. There is no Media Player software installed on this computer, so it will not play commercial DVD movies without installed Media Player software. We recommend you check with the Media Player software publisher's web site you plan on using, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

- Answer I am not absolutely sure about this (haven't opened it up) but I do not believe it has an M2 slot. I got that from chatting with someone at Lenovo. To open it up, you pretty much take the whole bottom off.

- Answer No, the processor is not upgradable. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.

- Answer Windows Media Player in Windows 10 doesn’t natively support the .mp4 format. To play MP4 you need to download some Codecs or use one of these 3rd-party video or media players. These two packs Combined Community Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack should make your MP4 files play. However, the procedure is tedious and not exactly supported.
