• Yes you can use Google apps on it. It's basically set up like a phone or tablet with an app store.

• Gmail is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system on this device. You can install the Chrome Browser on this device. You can not install Google APPs on this Windows device. You can install only APPs that are compatible with the Windows 10 operating system.
