• Yes that’s working. I have only played cd,s. Haven’t tried burning. Should be ok

• According to "This PC" it is a DVD RW Drive. I have not tried it yet.

• Hello, thank you for you question. Yes, the optical drive on the Lenovo 510A desktop model # 90HV001MUS is DVD RW which means it can both read and write (burn) to DVD and CD.
