I don't have the pc in front of me but I'm guessing this is the disk I/O light. A TON of stuff goes on after a pc boots, mostly related to checking for the latest security updates. The No Input HDMI1 is probably coming from your screen not getting signal from a pc that has gone to sleep.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your monitor has multiple inputs, then you may not have connected to the HDMI1 input. Try changing the input/source on your monitor. You may have HDMI2, VGA, or computer as other input choices. If you have a remote for your monitor look for an input or source button. If not, look for a button on the monitor with those labels. If you still have no luck, try looking for another place on the monitor to plug in the cable from the computer.

The issue is in the tower, It might simply be a RAM chip. Pop one of the two out, restart, and try again. The worst-case scenario is that the motherboard is defective. This means it starts, but the motherboard doesn't distribute the power and start up the machine. If you forget your password to your account, that is a challenge. If your machine is registered with Microsoft, then Google "Microsoft Sign in" to go to the log in page for Microsoft. In there, you can change your password for your computer.
