- Answer We recommend you check with the Facebook web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their Facebook Live Program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

QuestionIs this computer whisper quiet? I need a computer with no fan noise / silent operation for voiceover recording.

- Answer I do voice recording (textbooks) at home and without a booth so I was concerned about this question. I went to listen at a few stores and heard nothing. Sales people said noise is not a problem. I decided to buy. Generally, the computer is very quiet. Infrequently and for short bits only (less than 10 seconds), the fan will turn on and then turn itself off. I don't find this interferes with anything I do. Tech managers for the firm I record for seem impressed with the quietness of my recording with this computer, again without a booth.

QuestionAfter nearly 6 hours on line with tech support, my speakers still don't work. There is supposed to be built in Dolby surround sound on this computer, what gives?

- Answer I bought Logitech speakers. Sound is great. The internal speaker is worthless, IMO. I have no idea what the Dolby Surround Sound is supposed to be, perhaps it' refers to a capacity to send sound to a variety of external speakers, but it won't happen with the tinny, scratchy sound that comes from inside.

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. All work on the device must be performed by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 16GB, so a certified technician can upgrade the RAM on this device.

- Answer This computer is great I have quick books and a few other systems downloaded for work! But I don’t know if it will performe perfectly that long, you have to be realistic... if you want something to last 10 years you’re goning to have to spend a lot more than what this one costs...
