• The smart display uses Google Duo to video chat. So anyone that has Google Duo can video chat with you. You can't video chat with someone using FaceTime or Facebook.

• FaceTime is for Apple users. This is an Android product. So the answer is no.

• When you are using the Lenovo Smart Display to make a video call you will be using Google Duo (with Google account) , and the person on the other end can use a cell phone with Google Duo (with Google account) too, or another Smart Display.
