• The Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

• No it's a Chromebook but google docs works well with word files and can be saved as word docs also you can use word in the web browser. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web you may need to copy and paste the link in your browser
