“In the past, some Lenovo pc's had bloatware that would even reinstall itself after fresh install of windows. Does this Lenovo have a bunch of bloatware installed on it? If so, can it be uninstalled and will it stay gone if uninstalled?”

• I purchased it about a month ago and it had the bloat ware on It. I immediately removed it like any sane computer user would and instead of force reinstalling it or asking repeatedly, it politely asked me if I preferred that it not ask again, and in that month it has not asked again, true to its word. Hope this helps!
