It is very low wattage I believe around 180W if I recall correctly. Not sure if the socket can handle the processors you are looking at. I don't believe it is an AM3+ socket.

It is also not likely that the power supply has the voltage or the connectors required for a high end video card. I would find a cheap R7 250 and hybrid crossfire it to the R7 on the APU. It's better than nothing.
