All you need to do is push the windows key and when the menu opens you type "backup". As you do you will see Windows Backup and Recovery. Select that. Next click backup and select "image backup". Save that to a USB external hard drive.

You can do this in Windows 10 by clicking on the magnifying glass icon on the bottom left of your desktop. Type "Recovery Discs" in the search window. Then click on "Create a Recovery Drive" and follow the instructions.
