POWER DVD 12, and yes it'll play DVD''s without additional software.

Please try again later.It will be the most current version of PowerDVD that was available at the time of the build of the system, of course when you set up the system, you will receive any new updates to the software. To play commercial movie DVDs you will need a Media Player software, either Microsoft's or a 3rd-party software player, you will need to purchase as it does not come with Windows 10 Home.
