“I feel like an idiot for not knowing the answer to this. I just got the laptop and it’s connected to the WiFi but I can’t find a way to the web browser…. I see no start button, pressed the rectangle “f5” button… pls help! Thanks”

When I got mine the chrome icon was already in the task bar. If it isn’t showing there click on the circle on the lower left and that will give you a list of all the apps you have. Pressing alt+click will bring up a menu that you can select pin to shelf. I hope that helps. Don’t feel like an idiot. A Chromebook can be quite different from Mac or Windows.

Please try again later.At the bottom of your Lenovo Flex 3 11 Chromebook screen, you will see three APP shortcut Icons, they are for the Google Chrome Browser, the Google Play Store and your Files Folder. Once you are connected to WiFi, click on the Google Chrome Browser to access the internet.
