I don't know I've tried printing it through Wi-Fi which my other computers all work through Wi-Fi even my phone I can print and going back Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi not being on so I don't understand your question all I have to say is your own tech I said this computer is malfunctioning and power washed and I've lost all my protection and I've added some of it but it doesn't let me have all the things I should have as it says expired for ad percent of the things and the other ones which I installed 3 days ago which you could obviously check and it expires and 14 days
