I don't know because I've only had just this Chromebook it seems like you think I've had more computers all I like to say is it was very lazy for the person who helped me that day on The geek squad because I was told by numerous workers that it is their job to install the virus protection because I went there to him and said I'm having problems and then I told him which I am not totally illiterate when it comes to computers but I told him let's just say I don't know anything about computers it says over here there's stuff like this virus protection and I don't know can you tell me anything else that I should know about this computer well I don't know if he even started working on it because my questions were very basic like at the virus protection which was free when I bought it and how do I cast this Chromebook to my TV which I believe is very simple because it wasn't working and his answer was as he had to put in the computer the manager was standing right next to him this computer is malfunctioning I'm going to do a power wash and if you have these problems again just bring it back. I did have those problems and the only reason I didn't bring it back is I called your customer service and told them that I want my credit back or I want to purchase another product and can you put credit so I could go and do it right now because if someone tells you it's malfunctioning and did a power wash they should keep the computer overnight or they should at the time exactly exchange my computer ask me if I want credit something to accommodate me as I called your customer service numerous times and even spoke to a legal department and thank God I recorded it because if I was to go in today they would tell me if you just had came 15 days prior
