• You should be able to switch using the Microsoft Store. HOWEVER, you must update Windows FIRST. This is because the Store has to be updated in order to access that particular function. Additional methods can be found through a search on the web.

• The forums are filled with this question... I just kept repeating the documented steps (from MS and from Lenovo) until it worked (kept clicking the GET button). It took 24 hours, but it finally worked. Speculation is that is an MS server issue.
