A:Answer No computer should be this slow. That said, open the task manager. The anti-virus software kept my device disk at 98-100%, adding to the slowness. After tweaking the program, disk usage is nominal and speed somewhat improved. The wireless receiver and/or driver is pathetic; watching even short video is painful on this laptop while all other laptops on the same signal seem just fine.
