From what I have read, this computer does come with an internal 6 cell battery. Thanks!

Yes it has a internal battery! Even though the specs show 3+ hours of battery life off the chsrger.....I am getting 4+ hours of life out of my batteries and I am a heavy user giving presentations everyday.

Comes with an AC/DC adapter for plug-in operation....keyboard & mouse use batteries.

Yes it has a battery. have not used it without the plug so far.
