“Can this screen be mounted to a wall like a tv can? I want to use it like a tv for my kids however i want it accessible for them to use . and not on a table so I just want to know if it has capability to be mounted on a wall like a television .”

The only mount on the back is for the special table that is sold for the tablet. If you purchase that you can use it as you want and when you're done the hydraulic allows for you to compress it and roll it into a corner. You should have a picture of the table for the tablet in your Lenovo box.
