“I turn my Horizon 2 on and I get a screen that says Country: USA, Language: English, Time Zone: Pacific, When I push NEXT because all info is correct, nothing happens. Neither my mouse nor keyboard work, but I tried clicking the mouse anyway. I called a technician. The technican had me got to youtube.com to see how to pair the mouse to the keyboard . I took the little dongle out and attached it to the computer. One method had you scrolling the mouse and pushing it sided to side. . Tried that : nothing. Another one had me push F2, F3, and F4 on the keyboard. Nothing happened. I did it again pushing F2, F3 and F4 simultaneously. Nothing! I double checked the batteries and they were put in correctly. Again nothing. How do I get this thing to work?”
