There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. There is also a 30-day trial of McAfee virus protection installed on this computer. You will need to uninstall McAfee before installing any other virus protection. If you uninstall the MacAfee, you can install Webroot, or use windows defender that comes with windows10. You can transfer data using USB connect, SD card , flash drive , or external hard drive. There are many explanations on YouTube for transferring data. It comes with Microsoft 365 trial version.
