No, there is a downloadable card that is charged to the bill when you purchase the computer. If you have Windows 10 on another computer and have purchased the program that can be used on 5 devices (and have not used all 5), you can skip buying the card. If this is a first time purchase, I thought the desktop included speakers. It does not.
