• Yes, that's correct. The door slides left or right. If you have plugs/devices connected to the ports on the right side the door covers the CD/DVD drive. You will need to remove whatever is in those ports to be able to slide the door to the right to expose the CD/DVD tray.

• Unfortunately, yes. The panel has to slide all the way to make room for the drawer to eject. Once your disk is in though, you can slide the panel back over the drive and use your inputs.

• Still setting mine up n yes remove plugs on right front slide door gray to right theres your disk drive push button to open. Took me two weeks to figure that one out
