Yes, you can use with smart tv. The cd/dvd design must have been designed by an artist who had no concept about practicality. The reason being you have to slide the front plastic front to the right and you'll find the cd/dvd loader, but if you have several usb hook'ups in front, you have to close and remove them first because when sliding the front it hits your usb hook ups- go figure...

Windows 11 has the ability to wirelessly connect to a compatible Smart TV. This IdeaCentre 5i Desktop Computer does have a built in CD/DVD drive. It is behind the sliding front panel. Just slide the front panel to the right to access the CD/DVD drive. You will need to remove any devices or cables plugged in to the front of the computer before sliding the panel to the right. Please try again later.The DVD drive is indeed behind the sliding panel - BUT - you can't get to the optical drive if anything is plugged into either of the front panel USB ports. Sliding the panel to play a DVD also covers up the power switch, so you're constantly sliding the panel back and forth for no good reason. Not sure about streaming wirelessly to a smart TV unless it's Bluetooth equipped.
