Unfortunatley it does, you'll see why. It's hard to navigate around and tons of ads pressure you to to buy 365, mccafee virus protection, etc., and they pop up while your trying to see if you even like the new design, eventually I found out you can download windows 10 and use that one instead, but good luck trying to locate where the download is located. Took me 15 minute to figure out where the start button is on the screen, to no avail, I just used the power button and turned it off, frustrated why microsoft changed and added things I don't want clogging up my home screen. Tried using firefox using certain new apps from the initial home screen... from windows 7 to this windows 11 it's too confusing. My suggestion AND ADVICE TO microsoft is K.I.S.S. . Seems like WINDOWS 11 IS GEARED TOWARD THE TIK-TOK GENERATION using cell phones, I-Pads. I downloaded windows 10 and I can't find It, where's my start button, this is forcing me to use new programs and wants me to bounce documents to cloud and not my hard drive. Frustrating! Where's Media player, where is my c drive! Yuk!
