• it has wifi and an Ethernet port, but no modem if you mean you want to plug in for dial up. if you have a cat5 cable from your att router that is long enough you can plug in Ethernet.

• I have Brighthouse and use the Wi-Fi connectivity not sure what AT@T as a landline is but it should connect.
